How to Order

           Select product's that interest you from our web site and send us an Email with detail's such as Products name and I.D code,
           Destination Country, Shipping mode - Air or Sea, Telephone and Fax numbers (If available), shipping address. Please feel
           free to ask for more details if required.

We will send you a reply to inform you about the total cost that includes the shipping, packing and handling cost. Our Thai
bank account details with other information you require.

           You can transfer the amount into our Thai Bank account by quick money transfer or send it by Western Union Money Transfer.
           Send us a copy of the transfer receipt by fax or scanned by E-mail and on confirmation of receipt of money we shall despatch
           your goods soon.

You can as well place your order, discuss details by telephone. We speak English and Thai.

Packing and Handling

           We carefully pack the merchandise before dispatch. To protect the products from a possible damage during handling or the freight
           itself we use hard cardboard paper to tightly wrap each item. If necessary, the piece is bubble-wrapped or secured by foam sheets.
           This way the chance of scratches or other possibilities of damage is minimized.

Shipping

Air: Merchandise is sent via air by DHL or EMS courier services with a delivery period of anywhere between 3-7 days.

Sea: Merchandise is sent via ship with a delivery period of 4-12 weeks.

Custom and clearance

           Shipping quotes are based upon shipping to your designated port. It is not door-to-door delivery. You will need to make your own
           arrangements for customs clearance and local delivery from the port to your home or office. For customs clearance, you can contact
           the customs office in your home country. However you may be required, or it may be more practical, to hire a customs broker.
           Note that a broker will charge fees in addition to any import duties that you might be required to pay.

Small items are shipped to you door-to-door via the courier company to the address that you provide to us at time of purchase.
You may still need to pay an import duty before delivery.
